How Pilates helped Steve Qualify For Kona

When I first started training I noticed that my core was not as strong as I had thought.  ​When I concentrated on my form from the Pilates training, I felt like my pedalling was more efficient and I was starting to feel stronger.

I have continually noticed improvement on the bike over the time I have been working with the PFS team and following the 10PFS program.

At Ironman Australia I realised a long held dream of qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii on the back of a very strong bike ride.
