  • Add it alongside your weekly workouts, or focus deeply on one area as needed.

HOW IT WORKS

Follow these two simple steps

Watch this short video, which explains what the core is and how to engage it for optimal performance. We call this the Pilates Powerhouse. 

 

STEP 2

Go to the "Fix My Body" training plan and select "Fix My Lower Back Pain". We recommend your start at week 1.
