As you get started, you’ll see your Postural Assessment in Week 1 of the program. Take a moment to complete it when you reach that point — it gives you a clear baseline and shows exactly where your body needs support as you begin your training.
We know life is busy, so your program includes two dedicated workouts each week to keep things simple, achievable, and effective. If you have extra time, you’ll also find bonus workouts to help you progress even faster. Remember — consistency is everything.
You can access your program by downloading the Kajabi app for easy access anywhere, or on your computer. Just log in with your Pilates for Sports details and you’re ready to go. See instructions below for how to access your program.Â
