Welcome to Pilates For Sports

Our aim is to help every entrant in your event move with greater ease and confidence, so they can achieve their best in the upcoming event. We achieve this with good posture, improved core strength and a balanced body. To help make this possible we will provide each event with their own customized challenge, complete with:

  • dedicated check out page
  • market  communications, and
  • technical infrastructure.

All at no charge to the event organiser. This is truly a unique offer and highly beneficial for both event and the participant.

The Pilates For Sports program is a series of scientifically designed Pilates workouts, each one created to help you develop strong and balanced muscles. Provided purely online, with no equipment needed, the sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes, so you can easily fit them into a busy schedule.
