THE CAUSE OF BACK PAIN

There are two very common causes of back pain. The first is a weak core. The core abdominal muscles are designed to create length in the spine and to support the back. If they are weak then the spine is not supported and pain results.

The other very common cause is tight hip flexors which happens when you sit too much. The hip flexors actually attach from the lumbar spine to the leg and if they are too tight they pull on the spine causing pain and even injury. 

 We need to lengthen the spine, strengthen your core and lengthen the hip flexors so that the back is supported enabling it to move efficiently without pain.

Our Story

Noeleen has worked with thousands of people worldwide to overcome pain and injury, both in person at her studio, and via her work with USA Triathlon, USA Track & Field and USA Cycling. 

She has discovered that poor posture is the main contributor to pain and injury, and good posture the simple solution. A strong and balanced body can move effortlessly through a range of motion, however, when the muscles are weak and unbalanced, poor form becomes the driver of pain and injury.

Your individual program is focussed on improving your core strength and posture, so you can move pain free throughout the day, and as you exercise.
