Pilates FOR SPORTS
Pilates For Sports is dedicated to bringing the benefits of Pilates to the sporting community. We are extremely proud to join forces with Triathlon Victoria, Triathlon NSW and Triathlon QLD as partners, becoming their official supplier of pilates strength and conditioning.
For over 10 years we have delivered Pilates of the highest standard in our studio, helping sporting clients improve their performance. Whether it be Frank the tennis coach or Nathan our professional triathlete, all have experienced the benefits that pilates can bring, as they become stronger, more flexible and able to generate greater power.
Our 10 week challenge to improve performance is the outcome of these learnings, with a comprehensive program of pilates exercises, combined with technique training. The result being “Powerhouse Performance”
Available online or in combination with one of our partner studios, this 10 week strength and conditioning program will take you through a series of pilates exercises, all linked directly to the sport in question. For cycling our aim is to achieve a smooth and efficient pedal stroke, as we explore how pilates can improve your form on the bike.
We are constantly developing new sports, having launched our 10 week challenge in cycling, with run, swim and triathlon to follow shortly.
