For only $5USD a week, you can be part of the incredible PFS community and have access to all the tools needed to improve in Triathlon. That’s $5 per week for your, Pilates workouts, technique videos and tips plus support from our team of experts.

There are no contracts.

When you join, you’ll be subscribing to a recurring $5USD per week subscription.

Your membership will automatically renew every 7 days.

Remember,you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Pilates for Sports account.

We process payments every 7 days, so make sure you unsubscribe before the next payment is applied to avoid being charged.

The PFS membership is totally in your control!

You can cancel your 10PFS subscription at any time to avoid future payments but we will be sad to see you go :(

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process on time

To cancel your subscription, simply do the following steps:

  • log into your account
  • go to your library
  • select the 10pfs product you wish to cancel eg triathlon
  • Click on the avatar in the top right corner
  • Select settings
  • Select credit card info (Top right corner)
  • Then you can cancel your subscription

Simply head to:

  • pilatesforsports.com
  • select login located in the top right of the screen.
  • enter your login details
  • continue with the next task you are up to in your Challenge

A free trial is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to 10PFS so you can learn to Train Smarter and Go Faster!

  • If you wish to continue your 10PFS journey at the end of your free trial period you don't need to do anything,
  • your subscription will continue until you affirmatively cancel
  • you can continue to progress through the subsequent levels and
  • you will be charged on a weekly basis.

The 10PFS program is divided into 10 week challenges. The first Challenge is called FOUNDATION and is broken up into 10 levels. Withinin each level you will have 7 activities - aim to do 1 per day. They are:

-2 workouts (approximately 30 minutes in length)

Each workout has a specific technique focus and you are required to complete that workout twice. We have chosen to do the same workout twice so as to give you a chance to really learn and improve on those skills before moving to the next area

-3 mini challenges (up to 10 mins in length) These mini challenges are shorter in length and are designed to focus in on a particular skill

-1 questionnaire

These questions will cover information you have learnt during the current level

-1 Brain Teaser

 these are some fun facts about Australia so you are ready for your trip to Noosa if you win.

PLEASE NOTE: 7 days have been allocated to complete a level. For example, if you are doing Level 1-Bike, and have completed all of the tasks Level 1 - Run will be available on the 8th day. If you have done more than 1 activity per day you will need to wait till the 8th day before you get access to the next level. If this is you, feel free to do any of the workouts again to reinforce what you have learnt and to further strengthen your body.

A mat is recommended for the workouts. We also use some small pieces of equipment to help engage the correct muscles. We have listed the requirements of each workout directly below each video.

The items used are readily available at retail stores and on the internet. If you don't have them, we have listed some alternatives:

1)Magic circle / Pilates ring (from week 1)

  • If you don't have one you could use a ball

2)Theraband (from week 1)

  • If you don't have one you could use a towel

3)Thick elastic band (from week 3)

4)Foam Roller (from week 2)

5)Wobble / balance board (from week 9)

6)Slant board (challenge 2)

  • If you don't have one, lean a bit of wood on a step

7)A chair

8)A ball - tennis ball size

Before starting any new fitness program it is wise to get medical clearance from your doctor.

Our workouts are easy to follow but, remember, if any exercise does not feel good for your body then simply leave it out and move to the next exercise.

If you are diabetic, have a medical condition, an injury or a physical disability, you should consult your doctor or other health care professional before starting this program

We recommend that if you are pregnant you do not undertake the workouts in the 10PFS Challenge

Wherever and whenever suits you. All you need is internet access and a phone or computer and you can do your workouts. This is what our customers love the most about our program. We know that Triathletes are time poor which is why 10PFS is the ideal strength and conditioning program. It doesn't matter what you look like or what is on your feet. You can do 10PFS in the comfort of your own home, at any time that fits into your training schedule..

Food and drinks are not included in this prize.

There are 2 Noosa competitions.

One is available only to USA Triathlon members (one day and annual) who reside in the US

The other is available to residents of Australia and New Zealand

If you are eligible to enter, you need to:

accumulate 140 points and then

submit a picture and testimonial telling us how pilates for Sports helped you. The story should be entertaining and inspiring.

To be eligible for entry all 140 activities must have been completed on or before September 16th 2019 and entries must be submitted by September 16, 2019 at 11:59 PM MT to be eligible.

Each challenge offers 70 points...eg The Foundation Level offers 70 points , the Build Challenge offers another 70 Points etc.

Every time you do an activity and mark it as complete you will obtain 1 Point -it's as simple as that.

  • Each task is worth a point.
  • The tasks need to be done in order.
  • Once you finish an activity, simply mark it as complete, this will allocate you with a point and will unlock the next activity and so on.

The quickest time you can accumulate the 140 points is 20 weeks.

There are a few places to find this information:

  • Every time you complete a task you will receive an email tip which, as well as awesome information, will also contain the points you have earned to date.
  • Every time you log into your 10PFS account the points you have earned are listed.

Unfortunately, at this time you are not eligible to enter the 2019 Noosa competition but we hope you will enjoy the benefits you receive from the 10PFS program in your triathlon performance.
