Going fast when you really need to, might just be the difference if sprint and middle distance is your thing. We provide workouts that help you find your inner powerhouse, with strong and balanced muscles. Our training plans contain warm up exercises, recovery sessions and a focus on problem areas.
Is endurance your passion and time your enemy? If so then our online program is ideal for the time stretched triathlete. Choose between one of five short or long workouts each week and fit this around yor busy schedule. Flexibility is key and with Pilates for sports we provide the ideal solution, with exercises that compliment your existing training.
Strength and Conditioning
You can start here to build the very foundation of your core strength. This 10 week program consists of Pilates workouts, each designed to create strong and balanced muscles.
Specific training plans based on Pilates workouts, have been created for your next race with the choice of a 10 or 20 week plan. So if you're competing in the near future, make sure you check out a training plan for you.
In the off season or between races, target key areas of concern that might be holding you back. Issues such as; tight shoulders, lower back pain, weak glutes and many more are included.
